Transportation Impact Fee Advisory Committee

The Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, Act of 1968, P.L. 805 No. 247, authorizes the Township to pass a transportation impact fee ordinance.

On January 18, 2024, the Board of Supervisors approved Resolution 2024-10 creating an impact fee advisory committee that intends to update the Township's impact fee ordinance.
